I commissioned a lot of artists (more than 50) and some of them didn't follow a commission process. These artists have asked for an upfront payment before sending the finished version of the image, and without doing any kind of on-going confirmation during the drawing process. I won't commission this kind of artists anymore in the future, because I have no guaranty that the drawing will take into account the requirements of the commission.
